"Terrible, terrible, terrible! His secretary Chelsea is the worst! It has been almost 3 weeks and I still don’t know what they’re going to do about my car. When I called the national office they indicated that anytime an agent gets involved in the claim it’s likely to be a mess. I would use State Farm but I will leave this agent as soon as this claim is taken care of. I have asked repeatedly to have Drew call me directly and haven’t heard anything. Do not use this agent if you want any service."
