I am excited to introduce myself and share a bit about my background. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Nellis Air Force Base, I had the privilege of growing up in Germany for six years due to my parents' service in the Air Force. Eventually, we returned to the United States in 1992 and settled in Bellevue, Nebraska, where I have called home ever since.
Currently, I have been working at our office for a year, serving as the Office Manager. In my role, I support individuals with home, auto, and life insurance
Outside of work, I have a deep passion for travel and exploring new things. Whether it's embarking on a short weekend trip to a nearby city or jetting off to far-flung destinations like Australia, I am always on the go, seeking new experiences and adventures.
Family holds a special place in my heart, as my roots trace back to El Salvador. I have a large and loving extended family, both near and far, with whom I enjoy spending quality time. Additionally, I have been in a committed relationship for over four years and cherish the role of being a stepmom figure to my partner's two wonderful daughters.
Community engagement is significant to me, and I actively participate in a group called Feed the People. This initiative provides free food and groceries to the Hanscom Park area on two Saturdays every month, helping those in need.
What I find most rewarding about my work at State Farm and with our customers extends beyond the exceptional colleagues and individuals I have the privilege of interacting with daily. I derive immense satisfaction from the educational aspect of my job. Guiding individuals and friends through understanding their policies, how they protect them, and assisting them in navigating the claims process is truly fulfilling. I am grateful to be a resource for so many individuals, sharing my knowledge and expertise.

Jordan, born in St. Joseph, Missouri, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, is a valued member of our team. Jordan has been working at our office since March 2024 and currently holds the title of licensed life, health, property, and casualty insurance producer for both Nebraska and Iowa.
Specializing in home and auto insurance, Jordan brings a deep understanding of these lines of business to provide comprehensive coverage options to our valued individuals.
Outside of work, Jordan's passion lies in teaching the drumline at Millard North, where he dedicates a significant amount of his time. He takes pride in nurturing the talents of young musicians and sharing his love for music. In his leisure time, Jordan enjoys the company of his wife, two Australian Shepherds, and two cats. As a devoted sports fan, he closely follows Husker Sports, Phillies, 76ers, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Apart from his professional and personal commitments, Jordan actively participates in teaching the Millard North drumline, contributing to the local community through his passion for music.
What Jordan finds most enjoyable about his work at State Farm is the opportunity to educate people about insurance and guide them in making choices that align with their lifestyles.
