I am excited to introduce myself and share a bit about my background. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Nellis Air Force Base, I had the privilege of growing up in Germany for six years due to my parents' service in the Air Force. Eventually, we returned to the United States in 1992 and settled in Bellevue, Nebraska, where I have called home ever since.
Currently, I have been working at our office for a year, serving as the Office Manager. In my role, I support individuals with home, auto, and life insurance
Outside of work, I have a deep passion for travel and exploring new things. Whether it's embarking on a short weekend trip to a nearby city or jetting off to far-flung destinations like Australia, I am always on the go, seeking new experiences and adventures.
Family holds a special place in my heart, as my roots trace back to El Salvador. I have a large and loving extended family, both near and far, with whom I enjoy spending quality time. Additionally, I have been in a committed relationship for over four years and cherish the role of being a stepmom figure to my partner's two wonderful daughters.
Community engagement is significant to me, and I actively participate in a group called Feed the People. This initiative provides free food and groceries to the Hanscom Park area on two Saturdays every month, helping those in need.
What I find most rewarding about my work at State Farm and with our customers extends beyond the exceptional colleagues and individuals I have the privilege of interacting with daily. I derive immense satisfaction from the educational aspect of my job. Guiding individuals and friends through understanding their policies, how they protect them, and assisting them in navigating the claims process is truly fulfilling. I am grateful to be a resource for so many individuals, sharing my knowledge and expertise.
